Renovation of a municipal facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of six fabric buildings. Bidder understands that the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial informality in a bid, all in the sole discretion of the County. Only the building components manufactured by Britespan Building Systems Inc. (Britespan) and described in this agreement are warranted for manufacturer defects to the building owner.
