A timeline for award has not yet been established.** PROJECT LOCATION: Lower Nordic Ski Trail at Spirit Mountain Construction of the lower Nordic Center lighting and snowmaking features. Snowmaking and Lighting Contractor Shall Be Aware That the City of Duluth Intends to Award a Separate but Concurrent Contract for the Trail Construction for the 800 Meter Phase Iii Portion of the Nordic Center Trails. The Contractor for the Trail Construction Project Shall Be Responsible for Coordinating Project Schedules and Construction Phasing With the Contractor of the Snowmaking and Lighting Project to Facilitate the Most Efficient and Timely Construction of Both Projects. Grading Operations Will Need to Be Completed Prior to Installation of the Snowmaking and Lighting Items. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: November 30, 2024 Deadline to submit questions to Purchasing@duluthmn.gov is Thursday, February 1, 2024. Answers will be provided in the form of an addendum by Tuesday, February 6, 2024. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award, to waive informalities, irregularities or minor deviations from the specifications if deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Price may not be the only consideration for bid award. Bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days.
