Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project (LHB Project No. 200095) includes the following Work: Site clearing, excavation, paving, and landscaping for a new outdoor educational, recreational space. The work includes a new bituminous ADA trail, installation of concrete slabs, sidewalks and stairs, crushed aggregate surfacing, grading, drainage and seeding for two play fields, site furniture, and associated landscaping. A small amount of electrical work will be required to install an electrical pedestal near the outdoor shelter space. In addition to the greenspace, improvements to existing driveway and parking lot infrastructure will include new curbing, drainage basin excavation, installation of drain tile and restoration of drainage area with soil, seed, and associated landscaping.
