PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction snowmobile trails at Spirit Mountain ANTICIPATED START DATE: April 1, 2024 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: November 1, 2024 Deadline to submit questions to Purchasing@duluthmn.gov is Thursday, February 1, 2024. Answers will be provided in the form of an addendum by Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Pursuant to Minnesota Statues 177.41 to 177.44 and corresponding Minnesota Rules 5200.1000 to 5200.1120, this contract is subject to the prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Specifically, all contractors and subcontractors must pay all laborers and mechanics the established prevailing wages for work performed under the contract. Failure to comply with the aforementioned may result in civil or criminal penalties. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award, to waive informalities, irregularities or minor deviations from the specifications if deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Price may not be the only consideration for bid award. Bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days.
