This project consists of construction of a reinforced concrete water quality feature, sediment removal, grading, and repairs to the Pittman East Detention Basin east of Raiders Way adjacent to Volunteer Drive in the City of Henderson, Nevada. This is a prevailing wage project and the CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors shall be bound by and comply with all federal, state and local laws with regard to minimum wages, overtime work, hiring and discrimination. Engineers Estimate - $1,596,000 Question Deadline 11/01/2023 at 3:00 PM All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new proposals, if in the judgment of the CITY, the best interest of the CITY will be promoted thereby.
