Renovation of a water / sewer project in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
SHF International LLC is requesting subcontractor pre-qualification forms from subcontractors and suppliers for the above project including but not limited to Minority Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise, Veteran Business Enterprise, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms. SHF International LLC has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the above project. The project is an interior renovation of an existing water treatment administration facility for the City of Henderson. The scope of work associated with the renovation of this building include, but are not limited to: Suspended Ceiling Systems, electrical, flooring, framing, plumbing, bathroom accessories, demo, etc. Trades include millwork, doors, frames and door hardware, insulation, metal studs, drywall, paint, polished concrete, carpet, LVT, tile, acoustical ceiling tiles, signs, toilet accessories, wall protection, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical, low voltage, etc. The interior renovation will take place in an unoccupied 4,624 sf water treatment administration building first floor. Subcontractors shall be properly licensed for the applicable scopes. The subcontractor pre-qualification form is available from SHF International LLC.
