The I-215 Beltway Widening consists of the widening of I-215 between Pecos/St. Rose and Stephanie from 3 to 5 lanes with auxiliary lanes between interchanges, and interchange and arterial improvements at Pecos Road/St. Rose Parkway and Green Valley Parkway. The Project will also reconstruct ramps at the Valle Verde Drive and Stephanie Street interchanges. Firms must provide a laboratory that is American Association of State High Transportation Officials (AASHTO) R18 accredited and holds American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D3666 (asphalt concrete and aggregates), D3740, C1077 certification and all other certifications as required by the project. The lab must provide nuclear gauges as needed to perform testing along with proper training and certifications for all users, appropriate vehicles, iPads, cell phones, and proper safety equipment for all personnel assigned to this project. A final scope of work will be prepared by the selected firm. All questions must be submitted electronically through the NGEM system using the Questions Tab. Questions must be submitted prior to the Question Cutoff Date and Time shown in both the Event Details and Questions Tabs. The CITY reserves the right to sole evaluation of the SOQs, should the CITY deem it to be in its best interest.
