The New Elementary School on 200 North will be constructed by Bateman-Hall, Inc. under a current CM/GC contract for the Jefferson School District No. 251. This procurement is for subcontracts to perform the various bid packages of the project as listed below. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: New Elementary School to be located at 200 North consists of the following work: 1) Site work for new school: underground utilities, concrete, asphalt parking and drop off areas, fencing and landscaping; 2) Offsite utilities to the site to include water and sewer. 3) New 71,000 sf elementary building: classrooms, restroom facilities, multipurpose, cafeteria, and all support areas needed for a new elementary school. BID PACKAGES WILL BE AS PER THE ATTACHED BID PACKAGE INDEX (Rev. 0) dated 02/08/2018. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, February 20th, 2019 beginning promptly at 10:00 am.
