Street Lighting / Streetlight Improvements, Electrical and Controls, Pavement - Marking, Aggregate, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Concrete Walkway, ADA Curb Ramps, Traffic Control, Pavement Removal, Excavation, Stormwater Improvements, Landscaping - Seeding, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Pedestrian Improvements, Conduit/Electrical/Telemetry, Curbs, Paving (Highway, Road or Street). Project consists of traffic control, demolition of the existing roadway, and associated facilities; construction of an embankment; reconstruction of 715 linear feet of an asphalt roadway with curb, gutter, sidewalk, lighting, and stormwater facilities. Each Bid must be submitted in the prescribed manner and accompanied by a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Rigby in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. TIME OF COMPLETION: 120 calendar days The City of Rigby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Rigby.
