Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
OPW 52878: Jones Street - 11th Street to 13th Street - Grading, Paving, Storm Sewer, and Streetscaping. This project will rehabilitate the brick street on Jones Street between 11th Street and 13th Street. The improvements include updating the roadway and sidewalks to current standards, new storm sewer inlets, and storm sewer pipe connections. Brick street pavement of 12th Street from Jones to Jackson Street is included as a bid alternative. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 1% of the total bid amount. Please see the Q&A section of this notice for reference materials.
