The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the bid quantities as set forth in the Bid Schedule of Prices. The bidder that submits a responsive bid with the lowest total bid amount will be considered for bid award. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is in the range of $220,000 to $270,000. **As of May 20, 2019 Project has been awarded.
