Renovation of a municipal facility in Newberg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor will work with the Owner and Project Manager/Owner's Representative (PM/OR) throughout the design and construction of the new 400kW Solar Panel System. The Contractor must be properly licensed in the State of Oregon and registered as an Energy Trust of Oregon - Trade Ally. In order for the City of Newberg to access the incentives reserved the contractor will need to be an energy trust solar trade ally. All proposals submitted are the property of the City of Newberg and are public records. Information deemed by the proposer as exempt under Oregon's public records law should be clearly marked by the proposer as "Proprietary." Marked pages should be placed in a group separate from the remainder of the proposal. The City will make an independent determination regarding exemptions applicable to information that has been properly marked and segregated. The City of Newberg is not liable for any cost incurred by Consultants prior to issuance of a Contract.
