The project is located at the George Fox University Newberg Campus, consisting of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision and testing for the complete construction of: (1) Approximately 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main with surface restoration; (2) Connections to existing water mains, fire hydrant assemblies, services and (3) Abandonment of existing water mains and services. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the bid quantities as set forth in the Bid Schedule of Prices. The bidder that submits a responsive bid with the lowest total bid amount will be considered for bid award. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is in the range of $220,000 to $270,000. **As of May 20, 2019 Project has been awarded. Exact awarded amount is $259,939.82 Notice to proceed is today and Anticipated End date on August 7, 2019.**
