Outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Newberg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The District reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so. No bid will be received or considered by the District unless the bid contains a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 6-16-2024. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Contract Documents. All questions concerning the bidding, material or technical requirements should be directed to the Project Manager listed above and received by June 12 2024.
