The scope of work includes labor, materials, equipment, and the tools necessary to furnish and install approximately 1,300 linear feet of storm sewer pipeline, (6) storm sewer manholes, and associated catch basins and area drains as well as surface restoration within City Right of Ways. Applications for prequalification must be filed at the address listed in this notice for delivery of bids and submitted via email at engineering@newbergoregon.gov no later than Wednesday, July 9 th at 5 PM. The anticipated cost to construct the Project is $570,000.00. Notice of Intent to Award the Contract Monday, July 14, 2025 Deadline for Award Protests Monday, July 28, 2025 at 5 PM local time A prebid conference will not be held for the Project.
