Ewing Young RTU Project. The Newberg School District's Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Contract Documents.
