The primary task under this contract is to complete a storm water pipe system installation project, situated in S Wynooski Street. The current pipe and outfall severely eroded the area east of Wynooski Street. This project would extend the outfall further down the slope to reduce erosion around the slopes of Hess Creek adjacent to the roadway. Involving the reconstruction and relocation of an existing stormwater outfall near 730 and 740 S Wynooski Street and the installation of a riprap flow dissipater and native plant restoration work within the Stream Corridor Overlay. The project scope entails excavation, pipe laying, work on manholes and inlet boxes, erosion control measures implementation. Turbidity monitoring by the construction team during the work period needs to be performed. The proposed stormwater system consists of various components including a 60-inch Water Quality Manhole, 48-inch Standard Manhole W/ Grate Cover, Swale Inflow Spreader, Ditch Inlet (ODOT RD370), Catch Basin, Connect to Existing Catch Basin, 4-inch PVC Rain Drain Lateral (45ft long),12-inch PVC D3034 Storm Lateral (W/ Granular Backfill) (8ft long), 15-inch PVC D3034 Storm Main (W/ Granular Backfill) (50ft long), 15-inch PVC D3034 Storm Main (W/Native Backfill) (190ft long), 2 Storm Drain Cleanouts, and Riprap Dissipater Basin. The contract for this project is subject to the payment of current BOLI prevailing wages for Region 3 under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
