Renovation of a municipal facility in Newberg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Design and construct a turnkey HVAC system with 100% redundancy for a server room with a max of 80,000 BTU output and humidity between 40 and 50%. The contractor will verify the electrical service's size and Cabinet Space for sufficient load capacity and space. All bids must be lump-sum solutions. This project should include the installation of an Inotech Controller that ties all HVAC units for the Public Safety Building together and allows the city to access it on a backnet system.
