ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to perform bearing pedestal repairs on the Willamette River Bridge (BR08156) in Yamhill County. Pre Bid Conference: None. Substantial Completion:6/30/2022 Final Completion: 7/14/2022 Deadline for requests for clarification, requests for change, protests, and requests for approval of equal brands (if applicable) 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date identified in OregonBuys for this ITB The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for services and goods.Bid Bond payable to the State of Oregon in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer. ODOT reserves the right to reject any Bid that is unreadable. ODOT reserves the right to withdraw any item from award consideration if it is in the best interest of the State to do so.
