Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newberg, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Engineer's Estimate for this project is in the range of $1,100,000 to $1,350,000. Furnish all equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary to complete the scope of project as described in Special Provisions. Work includes replacing approximately 5,200 lineal feet of wastewater main on portions of E 2nd Street, E 3rd Street, W 3rd Street, and E 6th Street. Work will also include replacement of manholes and existing wastewater service laterals between the new mainlines and the right-of-way. Ancillary work includes, but is not limited to, work zone traffic and pedestrian control, and project cleanup. All costs associated with the completion of this project must be reflected in this BID Schedule or the costs will be considered incidental. The lowest and most responsive bid will be considered for a bid award. Due to the source of funding, the project will be divided into two different sections. Work on W 3rd, E 2nd, and E 3rd Streets will be bid under one schedule of prices. Work on E 6th Street will be bid under a separate schedule. Low bidder will be determined by the total bid price combining the total price of both schedule of prices. This is a BOLI project.
