Full depth pavement reconstruction of S Willamette St between E 4th St and E 5th St., consisting of approximately 300 linear feet of asphalt concrete pavement full depth reconstruction and associated improvements. The Engineer's Estimate for the work is in the range of $600,000.00 to $750,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bidders must provide documentation of their qualified and proven construction experience in the following work classifications: Asphalt Paving, Aggregate Base, Temporary Traffic Control, Concrete Flatwork, and Permanent striping. The City will reject bids from bidders who are not prequalified with the City. This is a public works project. All bidders must register with the Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS 701.035 to 701.055 and be compliant with all tax laws.
