Renovation of a water / sewer project in Newberg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,300-square-foot water / sewer project.
The City of Newberg seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide construction services for the construction of the proposed WWTP Sawdust Structure. The Contractor will work with the Owner and Project Manager/Owner's Representative (PM/OR) throughout the construction of the new WWTP Sawdust Structure. The Contractor must be properly licensed in the State of Oregon. All proposals submitted are the property of the City of Newberg and are public records. Information deemed by the proposer as exempt under Oregon's public records law should be clearly marked by the proposer as "Proprietary." Marked pages should be placed in a group separate from the remainder of the proposal. The City will make an independent determination regarding exemptions applicable to information that has been properly marked and segregated. The City of Newberg is not liable for any cost incurred by Consultants prior to issuance of a Contract. Questions/Clarifications Extended to 12/9/2020 This project is for a new covered structure consisting of four storage bays for materials and equipment used on site for WWTP odor control process. New construction is concrete slab on grade, cast in place concrete bay dividing walls, pre-engineered steel roof system clad with metal-siding and roof panels.
