Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waite Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a stadium.
The project includes all building and site components as shown on the drawings and specified herein. This includes several buildings, the stage, amphitheater, plaza, sitework and all other components a shown and specified. The work includes all sections that are incorporated herein this specification, specific work sections of division 2 through 48 (except where indicated in the Table of Contents that a specific division is not included) along with divisions 0 and 1, which govern all the specific work involved in the project. Also include removal and disposal of trees, shrubs, brush, stumps, roots, windfalls, unsound branches, and other plant life. . The contractor shall include a 5% Bid Bond Completion of all project components and punch list: May 31, 2020 This Geotechnical Evaluation Report addresses the proposed design and construction of the proposed amphitheater located in the southeast corner of the intersection of 17th Avenue South and Parkway Drive in Waite Park, Minnesota. The project will include the construction of a stage building that will include areas for storage, dressing rooms, concessions, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and a loading dock. Grand stand seating areas with associated concrete plazas will be constructed northeast of the stage.
