A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be required for bid packages 1.2, 1.5, & 1.6. The Date, Time, and Location for the Pre-Bid meeting will be sent to all bidders who complete and return the Intent to Bid Form This Purchase Order is for the XXXX including without limitation, performance requirements, equipment requirements, materials of construction, fasteners, anchors, supports, testing, freight, submittals, O&M's, shop painting, taxes, etc and such other work or services which are required and necessary for a complete and operational installation per the Contract Documents. Materials and equipment shall be furnished and be in accordance with best industry and trade practices and trade customs, and as specified and detailed in the project's requirements. Included in this Purchase Order are applicable provisions of the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions and Division 01 General Requirements which shall govern and control and which are specifically incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
