This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ("Purchaser") is for: Cost of Service and Rate Design Studies for its Electric and Water Utilities as described in Exhibit G - Scope of Service. No Pre-Bid Conference Available Proposer Questions Due: March 17, 2022 Proposers may request additional information by submitting their questions via email to: purchasing@bpu.com by the date specified in SC.2. All questions must be directed to the Department of Purchasing and Supply. Answers to all questions will be compiled and distributed through electronically as an addendum. No Proposer shall discuss details of this Request for Proposals with BPU personnel outside of the Purchasing Department except during an interview with the Selection Committee. The BPU reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the BPU for any penalty of any kind brought against the BPU because of such rejections. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
