Renovation of a library in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of June 5, 2019, this project is under construction. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for electrical and lighting upgrades, and miscellaneous general construction at the Mt. Kisco Public Library in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is located at 100 Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY and must be completed by January 18, 2019. Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Specifications and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Village or a certified cashiers check drawn on a solvent bank. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Mt. Kisco, NY, and are to be held by the Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. In default of such execution and delivery of Contract and Bonds, the amount of the deposit represented by the check shall be forfeited to and retained by the Village of Mt. Kisco as liquidated damages Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Village of Mt. Kisco, Village Hall, 104 Main Street, Mt. Kisco, NY and endorsed Public Library Renovation Contract #2018-09. The Village of Mt. Kisco reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village todo so.
