Locations: 6400 Convair Road. 6511 Allegheny Drive. 2022 Airway Blvd.The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to provide the services described in the scope of work and detailed in the project plans and specifications to include the miscellaneous demolition of the following features located at the addresses listed above: The existing buildings ,the doors, the windows, the sump pumps, the roof materials, overhangs, the utilities and foundation, the existing light pole entirely including footings, coordinate with electrical plans and specifications for proper cuts, closures and shutdowns, the concrete slab, the existing dumpster enclosures, the speed bump, the electric transformer and electric box entirely, the existing water meter , the guard posts, the sidewalk, the curbs and the gutters adjacent to the building, the wrought iron fence including the footings, the metal deck including columns, roof, concrete curb, utilities, and foundation, the existing electronic gate including the arm, the base, the light pole, the camera and all other hardware and utilities, the existing pylon signs, the metal ladder, the heating and cooling units, the wheel stops, the wrought iron fence to include the footings. Remove and salvage the rolling overhead doors. The ground below the demolished building footprint shall be sloped gently toward the center for a maximum depression of 8-inches. The ground shall be covered with anti-weed fabrics and with 3 inches of 1 1/2 -inch lime stone gravel. Furnish and install all the features for the SWPPP. Prepare a traffic control plan and obtain approval for implementation. The contractor shall properly dispose of all the debris and materials product of the demolition. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity in stating the price in the bid, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof or to reject any bids. Also, the City reserves the right to accept the low bid based on the tabulation of any one, combination or all of the base bid(s), alternate bid(s) and/or, optional bid(s) based on the most advantageous project bid that is desired by the City Department involved and that the City Council in their sole judgment determines is the City's best interest and benefit.
