Provide all designs, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to structural repair and rehabilitate Digester #6. The Contractor shall design and install a temporary shoring system as required to support the dome. Shotcrete covering dome ring pre-stressing shall be removed. Pre-stressing wires shall be evaluated and selectively removed from the dome ring as required. The Contractor shall perform an engineering analysis to determine the quantity and distribution of replacement pre-stressing wire. New pre-stressing and shotcrete covering shall be installed as required to support the tank dome. Includes concrete restoration of the digester overflow box. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals required to clean and remove loose and bonded T-lock line at the dome-wall interface as required to re-establish protection over the concrete and maintain a gas-tight joint. Prepare existing underlying concrete as required and install elastomeric coating to provide a continuous and seamless liner.
