Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of March 18, 2019 the project has been awarded. Start date is October 2019 and will be completed 4-6 months after start date. The project scope of work includes replacement of an existing 60-ton capacity overhead gantry crane located at the Transit Shed at Port of Indiana-Mount Vernon. The scope includes removal of the existing crane, furnishing and install of new crane, and all incidental work including electrical. The structural work including craneway is not part of this project. All work proposed is to be constructed at the Port of Indiana-Mount Vernon. The contract for this work shall be awarded or rejected as soon as possible, but in no case later than 60 calendar days from the date of opening bids, unless the 60th day shall fall on Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in which event said time shall be extended to the next working day. The Ports of Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids. For more information, contact the Ports of Indiana Engineering Department at (317) 232- 9201.
