Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The City of Eugene is requesting statement of qualifications from consultant groups for professional engineering and related services to complete an options analysis, design services, and construction management to replace the West Irwin Pump Station. This RFQ does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any offeror in the submission of qualifications. Consultants must submit a total of 1 original statement of qualifications and 1 USB storage device containing the full statement of qualifications in PDF format directly to the Citys Purchasing Office at 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 before the due date and time specified in the RFQ. Furnishing and installing five submersible pumps, associated piping, three buried concrete vaults, and electrical and instrumentation equipment. Constructing a new above-ground building. Site grading, paving, and grasscrete surfacing construction.
