Development of a multi-functional all-season park to serve as an outdoor music festival and large-scale events venue. The project site, MOBS, is a centrally located parcel situated on a 114,000 square meters of land and was formerly home to an oil refinery. TIMELINE: Project preliminary and subject to capital funding (timelines unknown). Schedules for detailed design, tender and construction are yet to be determined. Further update may be available in 2026. *Capital cost estimate $36.2 million. A Feasibility study was completed by Jacobs Engineering.
