Suppliers are to register on the SAP Business Network with The City of Calgary and complete the Supplier Registration Questionnaire. 1) This RFP is open to all interested Suppliers. 2) The City of Calgary ("The City") requires Suppliers capable of sourcing, cutting, bending and fabricating various types of steel to specifications outlined in provided engineering drawings on an as required basis to be used in the assembly of City owned Sanders. The City of Calgary requires Suppliers able to provide precut metal specific to set of sub-assembly parts and components as part of a larger build as per the provided technical specifications for the below schedules - Schedule A - Supply & Delivery of Parts for Lower Frame, Cartridge, Load Roller. - Schedule B - Supply & Delivery of Parts for Hopper and Chute - Schedule C - Supply & Delivery of Parts for Grating, Door, Legs, and Lump buster Items under any schedule are to be delivered to the City as part of a Just In Time model in order to meet the city's strict build schedules. It is the City's expectation that delivered items will be ready for assembly meeting all specifications as outlined in Form 1 - Technical and Performance Specifications. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication among the awarded parties to ensure that any issues that may impact City operations are addressed in an efficient manner. 3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations 4) "Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City's intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The Deliverables are included in three (3) schedules. The City intends to enter into up to three (3) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables.
