Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hampton, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Deadline 06/30/2023 at 3:30 PM ET The work under this Project generally consists of proposed improvements to the existing roadway corridor including constructing concrete sidewalk behind existing curb, widening concrete sidewalk across existing bridge structure, installing pedestrian signals and crosswalks at existing signalized intersection, and installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons and crosswalks at proposed mid-block crossing. The Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed date. Final Completion of the Work shall be no later than [One Hundred Eighty (180)] calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any minor non-substantive errors in the Bid. This Federally funded project shall be in accordance with 23 CFR 635: requiring the Contractor to provide its Contractors License upon award of contract. This, however, is not intended to preclude requirements for the licensing of a contractor subsequent to the award of the contract Union prevailing wage rates are updated to reflect all rate changes in the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) governing this classification and rate This project is federally funded with a DBE contract goal of two percent (2%)
