The RFP specific to each trade is accessible below, in the Attachments section of this posting. The James Building Replacement Project includes the abatement and demolition of the existing James Building located at 123 S Burrowes Street, and the construction of a new 6-story, 85,000 SF building with 1 level of below grade parking.
