KA Project No. 042-20063 This project involves the complete demolition and re-building of a new aquatics center inclusive of an approximately 8,200 square foot aquatics center building, new lap and leisure pools, reinstalled water slide, new pool deck, perimeter fencing and associated site improvements. A new driveway entrance and drop off area will be added and the existing parking lot will also be refurbished and restriped to improve efficiency, and provisions for future electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The project will obtain LEED Gold certification per City policy.
