Work to include, but not limited to, Demolition of the existing paving, horseshoe facilities, community garden facility, electrical fixtures, conduits, wires, The project includes, but is not limited to the construction of a kit restroom/concession building, a large kit storage building, two small kit storage buildings, three trash enclosures, two monument walls, six fabric shade structures, universally accessible playground, concrete paving, cmu walls, welded wire fencing, decorative sports themed bollards, flagpole, electrical fixtures, conduit and wiring, landscape planting and irrigation, landscape drainage systems, drinking fountains, misters, water lines and appurtenances, sewer lines and appurtenances, and storm drain lines and appurtenances, fire line and appurtenances, sub-base and drainage for three artificial turf sports fields (The installation of the artificial turf for the fields has been secured through the CMAS process and will not be included in this scope of work), irrigation and lighting for sports fields, new horseshoe court facility, new community garden facility, picnic areas with tables and radiused benches, asphalt parking lot, parking lot striping, refurbishing and restriping of an existing parking lot. The contractor shall furnish and install the above stated work in accordance with the plan details and specifications attached.
