Site work for a water / sewer project in Lumberton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is a Request for Qualifications to provide engineering services in connection with the City of Lumberton's Sanitary Sewer Collection System, 2018 Priority Repairs project. The City intends to select a qualified consultant to provide engineering design services, construction administration services, construction observation services and loan administration services. The project is funded with a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan. The City of Lumberton will enter into a contract with the Consultant whose statement of qualifications is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, with a variety of qualification - based factors considered. The method used in the evaluation of the statements of qualifications and selection of the Consultant are set forth in Section E. The City encourages statements of qualifications from small, minority and female - owned businesses; and does not discriminate based on handicap status.
