The estimated range of construction cost is $435,000.00 to $485,000.00. As of March 13, 2019, this project is under construction. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the renovation ofthe existing Conference Center, which includes but is not limited to: update finishes, improve sound attenuation issues, fireplace modification, correct HVAC design, upgrade internet and audio-visual equipment, demolish and re-install deck, improve exterior drainage, concrete walks and downspout drainage in accordance with the information for bids and contract documents. All work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Minimum Experience Requirements: Bidder must meet minimum qualifications requirements as stipulated in Division 1 - General Requirements, Section 01000 - Special Conditions, paragraph 1.32 to be eligible for contract award.
