Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 53,260-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

The current campus will be provided with a new secure and clearly marked entrance to the main building. The new 7,596 S.F. gross area addition will provide the support spaces to adequately provide a new main entry and administration suite. The new entry will be constructed at the same level as the existing parking lot to the east and will be connected with a pedestrian bridge for accessibility. The existing campus will also be provided with a new relocated Library/Media center. The new 6,223 S.F. addition will provide all required support spaces along with a computer lab, workroom and media storage as part of the renovation square footage. A new CTE addition is currently sized at 39,441 S.F. gross area as part of the scope of work for the campus which will be constructed on 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels. The support spaces programmed will provide a new food lab/restaurant, health sciences, business management and support spaces. The existing Robotics Lab will be relocated to the new ad. The Dallas Independent School District's Construction Services projects have a 30% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) construction goal.
