Completed plans call for the addition of a 20,262-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a 32,458-square-foot educational facility; and for the construction of a educational facility. No further information will be publicly released until after the date the Agenda is publicized for the Board of Trustees briefing. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, proposals, CSPs or statements of qualification and to waive technicalities. ORG 363 - School for Talented and Gifted @ Pleasant Grove - Renovation - Project consists of the following: A. New 20,262 s.f. One Story Building Addition (Gym / Tornado Shelter, Black Box Theater / Drama Area, Cafeteria, Kitchen, STEM Classroom, Classrooms and additional Support Areas.) B. Extensive & Select Renovation of Existing School Facility Interior Areas (Buildings No. 01 & No. 02) approx. 32,458 s.f. C. Demo. & Replacement of Existing Parking Areas, Drive Entrance and Fire lanes with new concrete parking area, drive entrances and fire lanes. New additional side walk paving areas. Extensive repair and upgrading of existing landscaping and sprinkler irrigation. Addition of new parking area lighting. Modification and addition of ornamental site fencing and gates. D. New Kitchen Equipment and its installation in new Kitchen Area.
