As of October 28, 2019, construction is underway. This Bid Package #4 is for the remaining trades not previously bid under BP#1, BP#2 and BP#3 and affects BUILDING TRADES, ATHLETIC FIELDS AND LANDSCAPING scopes of work for a new 520,000+ SF high school on 98 acres. The campus includes general education classrooms, library/media center, gymnasiums, storm shelter, auditorium, administrative offices, cafeteria, kitchen, special programs, art room, career and technology shops, science laboratories, band hall, orchestra hall, locker rooms, and accessory spaces to support comprehensive educational services for grades 9 through 12. Site amenities include competition baseball and softball fields, football field, tennis courts, synthetic surface track, bleachers, concession stands, pedestrian walkways, fire lanes, parking, public and private site utilities and roadway improvements. The site location is at the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highway 1417 an d O.B. Groner Road. Civil plans relative to earthwork scope are included for reference only. Grading, Earthwork, Pad Prep and Retaining Walls have been awarded separately under Bid Package #1. Civil plans relative to site utility scope are included for reference only.
