Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Big Flats, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,700-square-foot office development; for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and for the demolition of a office development.
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to demolish, remove and properly dispose of existing structures (office with attached conference room and green house)and provide and install new modular office structure and restore site in accordance with the attached Work Statements, Specification, and Drawings. This is a total small business set-aside. Magnitude of Construction: $100,000 - $250,000 This is a request for proposals under the simplified acquisition threshold ($250,000) and simplified acquisition procedures apply. Performance(SF-25)and Payment (SF-25A) bonds are required by the successful offer due to the nature of the work (construction). As such, a offer guarantee in the form of a bid bond, submitted on form SF-24 is required to be submitted with proposal. See Sections L and M for proposal requirements and evaluation factors.
