HMGP #4480-0113 The project consists of the installation of a 40 kW natural gas generator and transfer switch, associated concrete pad, new natural gas connection, and electrical connection from the generator to the well house. Bid documents including plans and specifications are available for electronic download for a non-refundable fee. Printed sets may be ordered for a refundable fee with potential shipping charges and may be refunded if returned in good condition as specified. All questions prior to the bid opening must be received by the close of business as specified. All bidders must use the provided form for requests for information. As bid security, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must comply with the bidding requirements detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the bid opening except as specified.
