Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,929-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
** As of March 20, 2019 ,this project has not yet been awarded and on hold. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Scope of work includes: Demolition of existing Harbor Administration Building, and construction of a new two-story, 9,929 SF building. Demolition of existing parking area, with repaving and reconfiguration to accommodate new site improvements. Demolition of one of the existing pierheads and construction of a new pierhead and riprap slope protection. Demolition of existing off-site improvements and construction of new off-site improvements for right of way realignment. The project also includes excavation, fill and grading of the site, subsurface sheet piles, riprap slope protection, parking lot lighting, and landscaping.
