Board of Commissioners of Henry County, Indiana will receive sealed bids for the performance of site work improvements for the future construction of multi-use exposition building located within Memorial Park in Henry County, Indiana. All bids and proposals shall be properly and completely executed m accordance with the plans and specifications and will include a non-collusion affidavit as required by Indiana law. The bid envelope must be sealed and have the words "Bid Memorial Park Site Work" on the exterior. A bid bond or certified check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted. A payment bond and performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required by the successful bidder. It is anticipated that actual construction of the work will commence as soon as practical and each bidder shall be prepared to promptly enter into a Contraction Contract in the form provided with the plans and specifications, furnish a performance bond and commence work without delay in the event the contract is awarded to the bidder. The Board of Commissioners of Henry County, Indiana reserves the right to hold any and all bids or proposals for a period of not more than sixty (60) days and said bids or proposals shall remain in full force and effect during such period.
