Dracut Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Exterior Concrete Stair Reconstruction in Dracut, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Allen & Major Associates, Inc..The Project consists of: Remove two (2) sets of existing, exterior concrete stairs and handrails. Construct two (2) sets of exterior concrete stairs with handrails. Install railings at upper stairs along walk. Clean, prep and patch repair existing concrete stair sets to remain. Minor bituminous sidewalk reconstruction, loam & seed, erosion control measures, and associated site work. Portion of work is within Dracut Conservation Jurisdictional Area.
