Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Dracut, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Project scope involves upgrades to the HVAC system at the Dracut Senior Center, located at 951 Mammoth Rd, Dracut, MA 01826. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Sub Bid Deadline 8/4/21 Time 2:00 P.M. Sub Bid Category Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical The Project includes HVAC Upgrades at existing Senior Center involving removal of existing through-wall PTAC units and installation of a new HVAC system for the entire building as indicated on the Bidding and Contract Documents. Wall patching, painting, and ceiling work will be required. A new concrete pad will be installed for the new heat pump units. Split system units will be installed for select rooms on the lower level. Estimated construction cost for the Base Bid construction is $1,300,000. Construction Start: September 8, 2021. Date of Substantial Completion: January 7, 2022. Date of Final Completion: January 21, 2022. The intent that the work of this Contract will be performed by a qualified contractor or General Contractor who has the required qualifications and experience to successfully perform the work and who has the required personnel, equipment, tools, and plant to successfully complete the work in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
