Brookside Elementary School - Playground Improvements, including new play equipment, playground surfacing, and associated site work. No prebid meeting is anticipated. all questions are due by 3/23/23 @ 5:00 P.M. This project is located in Dracut, Massachusetts. 1. Protection of existing pavement, naturalsurface and utilities outside the limit of work, and associated facilities as indicated. 2. Site work: This project includes renovating and constructing of a new playground at Brookside Elementary School in Dracut, Massachusetts. New asphalt and concrete paving, tuff-timber curbing, installation of playground equipment, benches, picnic tables, and signs, provide and install all poured-in-place rubber and engineered wood fiber surfacing for playgrounds, including all site preparation and associated site improvements. 3. All work eithershown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unlessspecifically indicated as not to be done. 4. Coordinate all construction activity, trades, schedules, deliveries, staging areas and subcontractors to minimize impact to the Owner. B. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site at no additional cost to the Owner. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities Submit written requests for clarification and interpretation to the Landscape Architect by mail or fax.
