Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dracut, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
All questions must be in writing and directed to boconnor@dracutma.gov no later than February 17, 2023, by 11AM. All measurements are estimates. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all final measurements. Contractor will be responsible for removal and of disposal of all debris from work site. All work to be completed according to manufacture specifications. Contractor must follow all state, federal and local laws and will be responsible for any required permits. Contractor will be responsible for any damage caused by removal and installation. Cleaning of work site. One-year warranty on labor. Manufactures warranty on materials. Work hours: 7AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) Work schedule from awarded contractor will be required. Once work commences contractor and staff must work each day (excluding weekends/holidays) until work is completed.
