Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Kingstree, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,520-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Currently we have a Cummins generator 60 K 200 amp transfer switch three phase natural gas unit. Will need quote to have it moved to the new location. We are requiring a Performance Bond for 100% of the Construction Cost only; nothing on the design portion. Headquarters Building - Total Building Area - 19,355sf Maintenance Shop/Gym Building - 3,235 sf Total Building Addition Area - 1,930 sf Williamsburg County, is seeking a qualified firm to provide Design/Build Services-New Williamsburg County Fire/EMS Station and Headquarters.
